Telford and Wrekin Five Year Housing Land Supply Statement: March 2015

The Borough Council has announced  a revision to the Council’s Five Year Housing Land Supply Statement, previously published in November 2013. The updated statement sets out the methodology used to underpin a revised assessment of housing supply as required under paragraph 47 of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF). The revised statement will be applied, where relevant, to the determination of planning applications.
