Temporary Road Closure – Bridge Road

Telford and Wrekin Council are planning to undertake resurfacing and patching works. The work is set to commence on Monday 14th August 2017 and will last for a duration of 16 days with an end date of Tuesday 29th August 2017. 

The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling westbound will be via Bridge Road, Station Road , Springhill Road, Doseley Road, Frame Lane, Woodhouse Lane, Wellington Road, Lightmoor Way, Horsehay bypass. For vehicular traffic travelling eastbound vice versa.

 

Temporary Road Closure Castlefields Way

Please find attached information that outlines the traffic management arrangements for a temporary road closure along Castlefields Way, Aqueduct.

Telford and Wrekin Council are planning to undertake highways improvement works. The work is set to commence on Monday, 7th August 2017 and will last for a duration of 23 days with an end date of Tuesday, 29 August 2017.

There are 3 phases to this closure the diversion routes will be signed on site according to the phase.

Temporary Road Closure St. Luke’s Road Doseley

Please find attached further information that updates the traffic management arrangements for a temporary road closure along St Lukes Road, Doseley.

Further to the recent works G&J Civils Ltd are planning to undertake new water connection works. The work is set to commence on Monday, 19th June 2017 and will last for a duration of 5 days with an end date of Friday, 23 July 2017.

The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling southbound will be via St Lukes Road,Doseley Road, Springhill Road, Finger Road, Southall Road, Old Vicarage Road, Holly Road, St Lukes Road. For vehicular traffic travelling northbound vice versa.

Please be aware that this closure will not affect the current Frame Lane closure and will allow access to all properties on St Lukes Road.

Temporary road closure along Frame Lane, Doseley.

Cadent (formerly known as National Grid Gas) are planning to undertake gas mains reinforcement works. The work is set to commence on Saturday, 10 June 2017 and will last for a duration of 37 days with an end date of Friday, 28 July 2017.

The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling eastbound will be via Woodhouse Lane, Bridge Road, Horsehay Roundabout, Horsehay Bypass (A5223), Jiggers Bank Roundabout, Queensway A4169 Jiggers Rbt – Brookside Rbt, Lightmoor Road, St Lukes Road. For vehicular traffic travelling westbound vice versa.

Please be aware that the Doseley Road and Frame Lane works are connected and Frame Lane closure will directly follow Doseley Road.

Please find attached information that outlines the traffic management arrangements for a temporary road closure along Station Road, Dawley

Severn Trent Water are planning to undertake new water connection works. The work is set to commence onTuesday 30th May 2017 and will last for a duration of 4 days with an end date of Friday 2nd June 2017. 

The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling westbound will be via Springhill Road, Heath Hill Roundabout, Heath Hill, Dawley Road, Lawley Common Roundabout, A5223 Wellington Road Horsehay Roundabout To Lawley Common Roundabout, Horsehay Roundabout, Bridge Road. For vehicular traffic travelling eastboundvice versa.

Dual Carriageway Maintenance Scheme

Please find attached the Temporary Road Closure Order for the Dual Carriageway Maintenance Scheme, Telford.

Telford and Wrekin Council’s Highways Capital Programme team are undertaking annual highways maintenance works which are set to commence on Monday 4th July 2016 and anticipated to last for a duration of 19 days with an end date of Friday 22nd July 2016.

The Parish Council has received the following notice of a temporary road closure for St. Lukes Road Doseley
 
Dear All
Apologies for the short notice but please find attached information that outlines the traffic management arrangements for a temporary road closure along St Lukes Road Doseley.
BT Openreach are undertaking cable works, which are set to commence on Monday 13th June 2016 and anticipated to last for a duration of 3 days with an end date of Wednesday 15th June 2016.
Attached is a plan outlining the extents of the closures and the accompanying diversion route. The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling southbound will be via Doseley Road, Springhill Road, Finger Road, Southill Road Old Vicarage Road and Holly Road. For vehicular traffic travelling northbound vice versa.

Temporary Road Closure Order for the Dual Carriageway

The Borough Council have informed the Parish Council of a Temporary Road Closure Order for the Dual Carriageway Maintenance Scheme, Telford.

Telford and Wrekin Council’s Highways Capital Programme team are undertaking annual highways maintenance works which are set to commence on Sunday 28th June 2015 and anticipated to last for a duration of 23 days with an end date of Monday 20thJuly 2015.

There will also be uploaded copies of the closures and their accompanying diversion routes. Updates will also be provided by the Highways Capital Programme team when required.
