The Parish Council has invited the representatives of Taylor Wimpey to attend its meeting on Wednesday next but they have declined to attend as the agent for the developer feels that there would be  very little to say or gain from the process at the moment. It is the view of the agent that whilst they are keen to engage with the public before submitting an application, this is only possible once they have something to consult on; which they currently do not.

In the meantime they have drafted a letter, which they proposed to send out to local residents ahead of our meeting next week; a copy of the letter has been put on-line for residents to view.
